The Youth Pacific Poncho is crafted from high-quality, waterproof New Englander® Polyurethane bonded to a knit backing to provide additional fabric strength. It features heat-sealed seams and hood with drawstrings. Snap placket at neck and side snap closure under arms provide added wind/rain protection. Comes with matching bag.
