• Free design support.
• Pricing: Price includes high quality socks and poly-sleeves with each pair.
• Payment Terms: Our made-to-order process requires full payment before we begin production on your order.
• Minimums: For domestic production, the minimum quantity is 30 pairs per design and size. For imported production, the minimum is 125 pairs per design and size.
• Set-Up Charge: There is a one-time $150 (C) set-up charge for new designs only. This covers the costs of art preparation and getting manufacturing ready to produce your order.
• Spec Sample (optional): $250 (C). To get approval on a new design before full production, we offer spec samples. Domestic: 5 days / Imported: 14 days.
• Custom Packaging (optional): Belly bands and hang tags are available for an additional cost. 60 pair minimum required.
• Production Time: Once a spec sample is approved, production times are 12-15 business days for domestic orders and 4 weeks for imported orders.
• Rush Fee: For domestic orders, rush production is available for an additional 30% of the total sale. This reduces production time to 7-10 business days once a spec sample is approved. Rush production is not available for imported orders.
